In this episode of 4D, we talk with Dr. Colin Grove about his recent ANPT poster presentation from the International Conference for Vestibular Rehabilitation entitled “People Living with Advanced Multiple Sclerosis Demonstrate Unique Strategies to Compensate for Vestibular-Ocular Reflex Deficits”. Host Chris Burke talks with Colin about what constitutes gaze stability, and how the vestibular-ocular reflex can be altered in patients with MS with reports of imbalance and dizziness. Colin and Chris also discuss implications for treatment and future research directions related to vestibular impairment in people with MS.
